1. How much do I pay today and when do I pay the balance?

You will be charged a one-time fee of $3.99 and the fee for the first day of your parking reservation. Once you pick-up your vehicle you will pay for the remaining time of your reservation, unless you choose to pay for the entire reservation upfront.

2. What happens if I don’t get a confirmation email for my reservation?

Please check your spam mail for your confirmation email. If no email has been received,then visit the "My Account" section of the site for a copy of your confirmation anytime.

3. When arriving to park my vehicle, what do I present as proof of purchase?

A printed copy of the confirmation of your reservation is always best. Some parking premises will also accept viewing your email confirmation via your smartphone. We recommend the printed copy.

4. How do I get transported between the parking lot and the airport?

Some parking premises own and operate transportation between their facilities and the airport. The cost of transport may be a separate. Please contact the facility to confirm their services and or make arrangements for transport otherwise.

5. What type of security is in place at the parking lots?

Most parking facilities are gated, with barbed wires, cameras and other various forms of security at night. Each facility is different and may have one or more of these and other security measures in place.

6. How can I cancel my reservation and obtain a refund?

Cancellations are always available via the "My Account" section of the site with the exception of the deposit. Please note it may take up to 7 business days to process a refund.

7. Is my vehicle covered under the insurance of the parking facility and or airportparkingpros.com?

Airportparkingpros.com and its affiliates offer no insurance coverage and are not responsible for your vehicle or its contents.

8. Do the parking lots offer additional services such as washing, and waxing my vehicle?

Some parking facilities do offer additional services. These services will be listed under the details section of each facility listed on the site.

9. What if my credit card statement reflect duplicate charges?

Please contact our support team via email should you have duplicate charges for the same parking reservation. It may take up to 7 business days to process a refund.
